All orders placed before 6:00pm ET are processed immediately and dispatched the following business day from our order centre in Miami, FL. Orders placed after 6:00pm ET are processed and dispatched within the following 2 business days. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Standard delivery time is approximately 1 to 5 working days, depending on your location. The delivery costs are calculated automatically based on your location.
We are not responsible for orders shown delivered outside your door, concierge, or other receiving parties. We are also not responsible for shipping to an incorrect address if it was provided by the customer. When submitting your order, please be sure to check that your shipping address is correct. If for any reason, you need to change your shipping address after your order is processed, please contact as soon as possible with the changes needed by replying to your order confirmation. We will only be able to make changes if your order has not been processed and dispatched.

You’ll receive an order confirmation as soon as your order and payment has been received. Once your order has been processed to be dispatched, you’ll receive a second email confirming your shipment along with your tracking information. If you have not received your order confirmation email within 15 min of placing your order, please check your spam folder first. La Sirène only accepts returns for exchange on unopened or damaged goods.
La Sirène is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen goods. If any collagen product is damaged in postal transit, photo evidence of the damage and of the complete package of unopened individual sachets must be provided. Other than postal damage, La Sirène will not exchange any product that has been tampered with or opened.
Should a customer receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact La Sirène within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at info@LaSireneBeauty.com so that we may assist you with correcting this matter and begin the process for your exchange. Exchanges will only be made once product has been returned in original packaging with all sachet seals intact. No exchanges will be granted following the seven days after delivery.
