Should a customer receive a faulty or damaged product, they are encouraged to contact La Sirène LLC by using the form on our contact page or emailing us at Hello@LaSireneBeauty.com to process their refund/exchange. Refunds will only be made once product has been returned in original packaging with all sachet seals intact.
Collagen replacement: La Sirène LLC. is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen goods. If any collagen product is damaged in postal transit, photo evidence of the damage and of the complete package of unopened individual sachets must be provided. Please e-mail us at Hello@LaSireneBeauty.com. We will do our best to resolve the matter. Other than postal damage, La Sirène LLC. will not refund/exchange any product that has been tampered with or opened.
